Quality and Safety Team Manager of 2 food engineers and 7 quality control technicians in the 2 plants of the group • Responsible for the internal laboratory (physical and chemical analysis) • Management and implementation of the quality system based on ISO 9001 norms • Implementation of the HACCP program • Responsible for the management of the main client audits • Implementation of the key quality indicators • Continuous improvement programs with Prouction, Maintenance and Purchase Areas

• Responsible for the ISO 9001 norm certification and HACCP program • Implementation of the French regulations in plant and relation with the Official Quality Control Institutes • Responsible for all client audits (20 per year) • Management of the client complaints, resolution of the non compliance in the plant, trial organization • Periodic recipe (400) optimisation to increase the nutrition and cost value of the products • Follow up to client and commercial department requests

• HACCP set up and certification, including the “Allergen” risk • Management of the quality control and cleaning teams (3 people) • Plant director back-up (1 month) : production manager, plant personal management (30 people)
