Master's student of Culture,Communication and Globalization with a specialization in Organisation and Leadership and Gender studies. Currently seeking an internship in the field of Human Resources, Talent Management and Organisational Development and related fields. Being an international student in Denmark I have hands on experience when it comes to working with people from diverse backgrounds and being able to quickly adapt to the situation. Throughout my studies and volunteer experience I have gained invaluable skills such as event planning, task and time management and being solution-oriented. My main areas of interest area diversity management, gender-related topics with a focus on leadership and organisational studies, and intercultural communication.
