Working on campaigns as in previous positions held but further to this I manage a team of five and work with other departments to improve processes. I create development plans for each member of my team and work to help them reach the next level. Further I am developing my skills in JavaScript, HTML and CSS as this is used in my day to day job.

Worked close with Account Managers and Sales to deliver high quality campaigns for clients. I developed my skills in JavaScript, HTML and CSS as I use it on a daily basis in my job. Further I mentored new members of the team as well as interviewed new candidates wishing to join.

Manage the events side of the business, arrange viewings for clients and create an understanding about their vision and goals with the event. Further I attended networking events to create contacts for future partnerships. I worked towards budgets to deliver successful events and worked closely with senior managers as well as suppliers.

Managing all marketing activities . Daily tasks includes, but are not limited to, ensuring the office is branded, researching conferences / events to attend, sourcing suppliers and ordering of material. Further I oversee Social Media accounts, enter awards, and plan and organise events. I work closely to the different teams and our global offices.

Managed 12 digital publication and the marketing of these. I developed project plans for the development of an additional 2 magazines and extra editions of 4 existing publications. Further I managed the development of apps for each of the magazines. Each month I prepared and held presentations for senior managers where we discussed the performance of the department and improvements to be made.
