Managing UX research for Scrum product teams. Building acceptance by dispersing UX research understanding throughout the organisation.

The main function of my role was to manage global research projects from early design to completion. This involved providing insights & consulting to blue chip clients. I was also responsible for building and maintaining strategic alliances with new clients in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and the USA. Whilst taking responsibility for the management of eye square projects, I successfully managed to change the eye square internal processes by promoting the adoption of Lean and Agile Scrum methods.
