Full P&L responsibility, process design, new business development of consulting opportunities, branding and marketing, analytics, product design, and engagement implementation and execution.  Managed RPO engagements resulting in significant costs savings to clients at all levels eliminating the dependence on 3rd party search vendors which resulted in recruiting efficiencies ranging from 2% to 15% (dependent on the average compensation levels of assignments)

Responsible for the management of all CRI recruiting operations, implementation of processes and initiatives to aggressively drive company growth. Managed department of over 75 personnel through 7 direct reports. Along with the executive management team, responsible for facilitating new ideas and systems which have developed CRI into a “best in class” RPO recruiting organization.
