  Responsible of a team of three programmers in "long-term savings" division of "CLAL". As head of the team I am responsible for managing the team tasks, coordinating activities with customer representatives and system analysis teams, cooperating with other development and testing teams in and outside the division and coordinating the development process and timetable with the version management team. Products supported by my team are written in C++, Power Builder, C #, Informatica.

  In addition to my role as a C++ programmer I was appointed in charge of operations working hand in hand with the operational team of the insurance co. This team is active 24/7 and is responsible for running the various batch processes (nightly, weekly, monthly and annual) in accordance with the outline of the business flows. In this role I had to get familiar with the different process flows and their inter dependencies derived from the understanding of business processes.

  Developed functional design documents for an ecommerce management platform. Including the platform user interface look and feel documents for the development team and the test process, test scenarios and test execution plans documentation for the platform development and QA stages

  for a year I have led a team of three programmers, which was part of the “Invoicing” project, and was responsible for supporting the production versions. As the team leader I managed the team tasks, and coordinated activities with an additional team located in Cyprus.

  got promoted to the position of Senior Programmer. This role included the writing of design documents and development and testing of new features in the “invoicing” module of Amdocs billing software. Along with that I was involved in production support at client sites overseas.

  Senior Programmer Billing team of VD2 project

  Programming in C and COBOL. Tasks including design and development, training of new team members, holding knowledge transfer sessions for other development teams and supporting the customer's production versions on site in Dusseldorf Germany.

  my responsibilities included planning and execution of testing plans at sub system and system test levels. During that period I have spent about six months on-site, in Dusseldorf Germany as a member of the client's (Vodafone VD2) UAT teams (User Acceptance Test).
