Authoring, creating and contributing Nvidia's internal FPC & PCB documentation, design guidelines and roadmaps. Conduction design reviews for FPC & PCB designs. Authoring approved material list for FPC usage. Working as an expert in FPC & PCB related items inside of NVidia.

Company is specialized in developing and designing products for children and young people. We work in this area in cooperation with several domestic and international companies. Currently our most interesting product is in the autumn of 2012 launched The Land of Elements product family. The Land of Elements products are designed in Finland with pedagogical experts in the field. Products provide the space for the child's own imagination through educational elements.

Managing multiple research and development projects of the flexible printed circuit (FPC) and printed circuit board (PCB) materials and manufacturing processes & technologies. Researching new μvia technology based on conducting paste. Implementation & industrialization of the any layer technology (ALIVH) HDI PCB structure. Author of approved Build-up (stack-up) portfolio for Nokia R&D. Supporting designers to solve design related issues in the field of FPC & PCB.

Leading as a project manager research and development projects of the flexible printed circuit materials and manufacturing processes & technologies. Scanning promising new technologies on PCB & FPC technology area. Author of several manufacturing specifications and design rule and guideline documents on printed circuits area. Contributing to automated design checking tools (DRC, MRC & etc.) on printed circuits area.

Development of the guidance’s and design process description for flexible circuits in display modules. Design review & auditing support for flexible circuits in display modules.

Design of the printed circuit boards and flexible circuits for several product programs. Member of the Nokia’s global DfM group (Design for Manufacturing) where developing Nokia’s design rules and manufacturing specifications for Printable circuit boards and flexible circuits.
