Berufserfahrung von Thanh Nguyen
In cross-functional teams of various sizes, I delivered optimized flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and micro-interactions to maximize usability & user experience of existing features and new functionalities for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce solutions across different screen sizes while assisting with the creation and maintenance of design systems.
Contributions to the R&D team: 5+ design projects involving - self-reliant development of the foundation for the design system - design and testing of major features for web-based and mobile solutions - delivery of digital assets, prototypes, and research findings - coordination of technical requirements with the Dev team. Contributions to the Marketing and HR teams: - creation of the corporate identity, marketing material, and product logos - maintenance of the corporate website
I designed page UIs, mockups, and digital assets for the corporate website as well as other digital and print collateral from concept to production; assisted the art director in the creation of the brand guidelines; collaborated with Marketing and HR teams to control design quality by the given deadlines.
I designed and implemented native (Qt C++) and web-based (AngularJS) user interfaces for a network analysis and visualization tool. I was also in charge of organizing a development team and hosting all Scrum ceremonies.
