• Conduct heuristic evaluation for the DemocracyLab web app - a responsive web app that connects volunteers and tech-for-good projects. • Revise user flows to improve searching and applying features. • Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability tests.

• Designed hi-fidelity mockups for an onboarding flow on VinID mobile app for 
E-Commerce & Customer Care service which later acquired 7+ million users. • Improved main features to streamline the shopping journey by usability testing. • Designed on and offline marketing collateral, newsletters, emails, sale kits, etc.

• Project lead for "Safe Kids" Initiatives. Responsible for 5 designers to produce video content with million views on Youtube and public screening in 10+ community buildings in Vietnam. • Performed content usability tests, analysed and reported results. • Created promotional assets for digital marketing channels.

• Worked with agencies, copywriters and project managers to produce seasonal promotional content. • Developed 3 brand & identity systems for cross-marketing projects/social media campaigns. • Organised 4 launch events, and managed 3 Fan pages with 10.000+ subscribers.

Projects: (1) Vocabulary Learning App and (2) HedgiPay - banking app. Developed and applied UX Design skills to real-life portfolio projects, including user-centered design, user research, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing, and a specialization in user interface design.
