Assisted in representing designers such as Jayne Pierson. Press gained in print publications like V Magazine. Celebrity press gained has included Lady Gaga. Also worked backstage and front of house at London Fashion Week. The role required running showroom appointments, social media and sample management. Helping to run press days, coordinating communications with influencers and press. General administrative duties such as fielding calls, updating contact lists and compiling client reports.

The role included managing operations, driving hourly sales using KPI’s, implementing company strategies, as well as developing my own ideas. Corporate reporting on the stores footfall yields, trade analysis and profitability, effective stock management and oversight of mail order. Motivating and manage staff to achieve company targets, also developing measurable productivity structures. Ran the store for 2 weeks without a senior present, which meant taking the responsibilities of the store manager.
