Passion to grow - in all aspects. As a professional CI expert, trainer, my portfolio consists various OpEx, E2E and L&D elements, like: • classical lean "what" knowledge, including process improvement and waste management, • systemic change management; • Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement; • mindset change; • supportive communication; • cultural transformational workshops like e.g. identity workshop; • leadership development, including adaptive and transformational leadership.

NWoW is a lean-based systemic change management program with the aim of an overall organizational development and cultural transformation, increasing performance in four dimensions: leadership, employees, customers and financials. The program is built up on three pillars: Leadership & Direction; E2E process management; Operational Excellence with the aim of Continuous Improvement. Main focus: professional support for 7 German and 5 EAST NWoW projects at Grid area.

• Member of the innogy Change Management Community; • Implement and cascade change topics on employee level; • Incorporate change topics into the different local internal workshops, trainings, professional days; • Design and facilitate various change –related workshops, events; • Designer of the concept of the “Week of Change Hungary”, manager of the project; • Design various workshops of Week oF Change; • Member of the local design and strategic team of “We Are RWE” event.

• Plan and manage the operation of NWoW Core Team, develop the 9 team members; • Implement NWoW methods into the daily operation of the team; • Preparation, Diagnostic & Design, Implementation of NWoW@Enabling Functions, the “what” and “how”; • Incorporate change management topics into NWoW; • Foster mindset- and cultural change

FACTS & FIGURES: • Lead and develop 8 PD team members; • Responsible for 1 million Euro training budget per a year. CHALLENGES: • Re-activate the almost dead PD department. • Make them believe that they are much more professional than they have ever thought.
