I am managing a line of highly integrated tuneable white engines and cover dedicated supply chain, product engineering and development, certifications, product marketing as well as the roadmap.

I cover direct/indirect sales to manufacturers and OEMs as well as business development through the specifiers. My verticals incl. architectural accent lighting and broad medical field (medical lighting, diagnostic instruments and appliances) within EMEA, Pacific and South Korea. I am supporting clients with our standard and custom LEDs, from the design-in until the launch of the final product. Through architectural lighting, I am involved in IoT, Smart Lighting and am committed to "Human Centric Lighting".

Sales and business development. My focus is on fixed white with high CRI (>95) and tunable white (CCT tuning and natural warm dimming). Our flagship product for lighting is the ultra-versatile LuxiTune™ that can do warm-dimming down to a warm glow of 1600K or tune CCT up to 4300K. And this with CRI of 90 for most of the color range! We also offer LuxiGen™ Gallery White with 3000K CRI98 or LuxiGen™ Studio White with 5300K CRI88. Both on different platforms and with various light outputs.

Business development of the market segment "LED lighting and signage" - special plastic sheets for the light management. Leading the global team of business developers, account managers and technicians.

Business development in market segment LCD - components and materials for LCD TVs and displays as well as in market segment LED lighting - diffusors, light guides etc. for the lighting industry. Responsible for the region EMEA, part of global Bayer's networks for LCD and LED activities

Business development and marketing (incl. PR) with focus on applications of polycarbonate in the optics and lenses of the LED-based lighting fixtures, co-management of the global project.

Technical marketing in region: EMEA&LA for the following market segments: Home Appliances, Power Tools, Traffic Control Equipment Activities: creation of market intelligence reg. technical requirements and trends, marketing management, search for new fields of applications

Project leader in central dept. for investments: evaluation of investment projects with the Real Options Approach. / Assignment in central Procurement (PRO). / Assignement in a marketing dept. of the BU Polycarbonates.

Assistance to the local (Polish) and regional (Central Europe) management committees. Project co-ordination within diverse Bayer subgroups, business units as well as service depts.
