• Contribute to the preparation of the department's plans • Contribute to the management of knowledge sources of data, information, and consultations related to the department. • Participation in the preparation of the various activities of the association. • Maintaining the strength and effectiveness of the relationship and communication with winners • Participate in reviewing initiatives and activities similar to the award projects and conducting a comparative study in this regard.

-Supports in collecting information and data, such as filling out surveys and questionnaires through phone calls with the project’s beneficiaries -Support in analyzing the collected information -Supports with research tasks -Supports the preparation, organization, and documentation of workshops and events including logistics arrangements -Drafts meeting minutes, background, and briefing notes -Supports capacity-building activities.

-improves systems and developing tools by studying current practices, designing Planning phases. -Collect and analyze needed information from partners and beneficiaries. -Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems -Update Project Database using SQL. -Responsible for technical quality control and monitoring of project activities. -Visit the field if needed

-update electrical Circuit diagrams for Faun site loaders -check pin assignment for inputs, outputs, and connectors and update them in the schematic using MS visio -list and follow up quotations, orders, and goods income of prototype parts for a Funded Faun project -Contact manufacturers and suppliers

-Collect data on regular basis to measure achievements against the performance indicators -Check data quality -Follow project activities progress -Follow sales report and update it on a regular basis
