The Global L&D Business Partner is a strategic key function that will be responsible for developing and implementing departmental wide L&D strategies that facilitate and drives individual development and capacity building to drive Temenos business into the future. This position is also responsible for the overall management of training systems, training vendors, programs, content, and support materials in the Sales business / function.
As the global lead of DSO I am establishing the direction at global level for Wayfair’s approach to department-specific onboarding (DSO) and manage the program/offering globally. I am responsible for developing an approach that effectively blends elements of corporate onboarding and department-specific onboarding into a seamless journey with the new hire weaving in and out of corporate and department components throughout their first 90 days.
I am a partner to help drive and deliver a smooth and positive onboarding experience as we grow and scale our business. In this role, I am the mastermind behind logistics and operations ensuring a seamless cross-functional collaboration across Europe. I serve as first point of contact communicating with our new hires and hiring managers, answering general questions about their start at our company and being the partner during the Integration phase.
