By implementing Projects that impact the organization in its Materials and Logistic KPI performance

Leading Continuos Improvement activities as well as HP Pezler Prodcution System along the Mexican Plants. Cost Savings measures in order to get the máximum profitablity in the projects and the Company

Responsible for the monitoring on the Customer Satisfaction KPI in the Mexican Dealers of Porsche of Mexico
