With a BE degree in Information Technology and certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, I have a comprehensive understanding of the Product Development, and Support,  ITIL, Agile and Scrum Methodologies, Customer Success, Budget and Financing, etc. I also have experience in learning and applying new technologies as appropriate.
