- Working on the execution of the company’s digital transformation strategy. - Implementation of marketing strategies. - Plan marketing campaigns for products on a variety of media. - Prepare content for the publication of marketing material. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion growth. - Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. - Examine and testing existing contracts. - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Coordination of program procurement; implement the country procurement policies and procedures. - Ensure that Save the Children minimum standards of procurement procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to in the area of responsibility, supporting relevant staff. - Ensure that procedures within the specific area of responsibility meet Save the Children and donor regulations.

- Responsible to regularly update procurement tracker, stock report, sub-office asset register, contract tracker and supplier database. - Assist Logistics Officer in dealing with suppliers and Programs team to manage supplies. - Assist in organization of warehouse. - Assist Logistics Officer for completing all logistics forms related to warehouse and asset management. - Assist Logistics Officer in receive of items as purchased or GIK and record them in stock report/asset register.

- Prepare purchase orders on behalf of the bank and its branches. - Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal. - Creating and maintaining purchasing files and price lists. - Track deliveries and make sure the bank receives exactly what was ordered from suppliers. - Answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy.
