In the healthcare sector, Clueda provides semantic solutions for the analysis of large amounts of medical records and extracts knowledge for decision makers in clinics and pharmaceutical companies. As a Team Manager with personnel responsibilites I do Project Management, Business Development, Customer Relations and Marketing.

Used semantic knowledge mining technologies to predict novel gene/protein interactions, identified drug target sites and modelled complex regulatory networks in neurodegenerative diseases which were evaluated by experimental laboratories and hospitals in Munich. Training and supervision of students. Collaboration with researchers from all over Germany and integration of their results within the HelMA alliance.

I provided information, case studies, application notes and online material for Japanese customers (pharmaceutical companies and academia); extended customer base by presenting pre-sales demonstrations and providing post-sales training; coordinated scientific communication between headquarters in Switzerland and Japanese clients.

Designed, performed and successfully accomplished long-term experiments in evolutionary biology. Applied and developed methods in immunology, histology, genetics and molecular biology in biological model systems. Statistically examined findings using SPSS, R and Matlab.
