 Plan, Organize, direct Control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.  Plan and prepare construction Schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.  Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and auditions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

 Develop a detailed Project Plan to monitor and track progress and ensure the projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.  Prepare Schedule of works, Coordinate with concerned and Monitor the activities of assigned Engineering Projects.  Assign Responsibilities to the subordinates and mentor to the project team for the daily activities and particular roles.
