More than 15 years of experience in chemical industry is underlined by different executive roles from running international sales teams up to full P&L responsibility as General Manager. I joined K+S group to work on the company's strategy to diversify our business - the first two years we implemented a successful pharma strategy and brought pharma minerals it back the growth track – out-growing markets. Since 2022 - I'm running the Circular Economy Team - our main focus is to identify opportunities related to secondary raw materials coming from waste or by-product streams. Our aim is to establish applicable contacts and collaborations within in the recycling and circular economy space. Our long-term aim is to utilize secondary raw materials within our production processes for agriculture and industrial applications. As well I'm driving the utilization strategy of our underground assets (caverns) in the ways of storage solutions for green hydrogen or any renewable energy form.
