Responsibility includes budgeting, forecasting, risk management, cost control and analysing & reporting financial and non-financial data’s of projects both desired & actual for strategic decisions making. Involved in developing & managing project portfolio to improve quality, cost and delivery. Responsible for managing and coordinating several projects, which involves working with international contacts mainly in US, Germany, Japan & China.

Responsible for analysing the financial information and develop forecasts, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes. Communicate with stakeholder to know their business requirement, develop reports and presentation for stakeholder meeting. Monitor new regulations and deviations that may affect the industry, help identify business problems and propose solutions using advanced technology.
