I am working with HILTI as a Consultant on behalf of Technology and Strategy Group. Here I am working on Cordless Power Tools (BLDC Motors) which are Battery Operated with Electronics Development and Testing Teams. Usually, I must do more Testing than Developing because I am working as consultant. To perform a particular test on a Specific tool I must plan the Test Procedure by myself.

Here I totally take care of IOT based home automation Products, Like – Smart Plug, Smart Switch, LED Dimmer, Fan Regulator, Curtain Controller, IR Bluster and EV Charger. I Designed, Developed and Tested all these projects from Scratch independently. All IOT Products are mostly Zigbee, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth based.

This is a RO Machine manufacturing company. My task was mostly on Electronics parts, like – IR Sensors, Proximity Sensors, Touch Panel, LED Matrix Panel, Relay and solenoid control-based Microcontroller boards with I2C, GSM and RS485 Communication interfacing, which is used in RO Machine to make to Smarter

It is a USA based PCB manufacturing company. Here, I check and verify the component placement before PCB Fabrication and component Assemble. I used Vayo-Pro ECAD tool to check the component placement with its Mechanical data which was provided by the Customers. If any issues or Error found, then I have to contact with the CS to resolve it

It is a LED Light manufacturing company. Here I took care of all types of LED Lights, Like – Bulbs, Batten, Street Light, Flood Light, Downlight, Emergency Bulb and Smart Bulb with my team. Emergency Bulb and Smart Bulb was my individual project, which I did from scratch

This is my first company where I was appointed as a Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET). It is a LED Light manufacturing company. Here I was tested Electrical, Mechanical & Photometric parameters of all types of LED Luminaires.
