-Thermal testing of stepper motor drive and 32 bit AVR Microcontroller C programming in Atmel Studio for hardware functional testing and troubleshooting. -Designing of schematics and 6 layer PCB layout for high frequency circuits in accordance with design techniques to reduce EMI. -Analysis and fulfilling of customer requirements and documentation of test reports.

-Circuit simulation using LTspice and Multisim, bench testing, development and troubleshooting of power electronics circuits which includes buck converters based power supplies, current measuring circuits up to 100A, Controller Protection supervisory circuits, 3kW BLDC & DC motors drivers interfacing and motor control circuits. -Schematic design, designing four layer SMT PCB layout in Altium Designer and utili-zation of proper design techniques to reduce EMI. Experience with rechargeable battery testing.

-Implementing PLECS simulations in order to determine the losses of SiC and Si based power semiconductors for synchronous/active and nonsynchronous/passive rectification -Design of measurement circuits, auxiliary power supply circuits and MOSFETs gate driver circuits of a 3 kW / 400 V synchronous rectifier for the inductive power transfer -Selection of cost effective components -Circuit design and four layer PCB layout in Altium Designer -Development & testing of the inductive power transmission system

Verification and validation of the software with the requirements through regular tests Web HMI configurations for energy consumption and process monitoring Configuring the necessary parameters in the Programmable logic controllers of the industrial machines to enable OPC UA based communication Team work in the preparation of GDS Web Interface (Monitoring System) for International Exhibitions
