Successfully lunched a new product (a new kind of abrasives), marketing campaigns and events to facilitate the sales, and achieving the first deal of this product at Baosteel in 2010, about 4 millions RMB in 2011, 7 millions RMB in 2012 and more than 10 millions RMB in 2013.

1. In charge of profit and loss, business strategy, sales, marketing and daily operation of Kisters Products (Energy and Water Control or Telemetry System) in China. 2. Lead and manage sales, engineering, supply chain and finance teams of 20 people in Shanghai Office. 3. Strategize market development, product localization program, and business acquisition in China. 4. Manage and in charge of direct sales, distribution channels, Key Accounts businesses, and strategic business partners in China.

A German based international company, which mainly produces and develope telemetry, control and management systems for energy and water Industry, and has a yearly turnover of EURO 50 millions and about 500 employees around the world. Software Development Engineer: 1. Develope telemetry and management systems for energy and water Industry; 2. Prepare for founding Kisters Shanghai.

Used to be an Engineer at Warm Rolling Mill (designed and built by SMS) of Baosteel, in charge of maintenance of machines. Achievements: 1. good understanding of the machines in Rolling Mill; 2. Still very good contacts at Baosteel.

Study and research all kinds of submerged arc welding process, especially what kind of solder wire should be combined with what kind of powder, and with how much current and speed etc. PhD thesis: consulting system for a welding process based on database and rules.

Master Thesis at Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering by Prof. Weck (WZL), which is one of the most famous institutes in research and development of machine tools. Develope a calculation method to simulate a gear box to minimize entry kick of the gear wheel and reduce the noise.
