I have set up my own digital marketing consultancy helping digital marketing companies with all aspects of their businesses from business administration and strategy through to marketing and sales.

Working with Now Interact, a Swedish conversion optimisation specialist, to investigate the UK Market, presenting their great research into sales conversion for multi-channel companies and generating a pipeline to help them hit the ground running in the UK.

Consulting for TradeDoubler in a group commercial role. First main project was to assist with the group budgeting process (18 markets) and then assisting with the role out of a company wide CRM system. Also assisting with group commercial reporting and business control.

MD of both UK and Irish businesses and part of the TradeDoubler Group Senior Leadership Team. Reporting into the CEO with responsibility for all affiliate and display activities. Responsible for 70 employees over three sites.

Primarily responsible for overseeing the P&L of Tradedoubler UK and Tradedoubler Ireland. Head of all administrative functions and number two to the MD. Helped run and successfully saw through a major platform migration project moving the search bid management system to the Marin platform.
