Responsible for Computing Services End to End operations for global customers with presence in Brazil and Latin America, managing customer infrastructure outsourcing services from the bottom, Datacenter Infrastructure through the highest level such as SAP and Application Layer operations.

As a Business Operations Manager for the vertical Computing Services, my main targets are: - work w/ the delivery towers (SAP, Open-Systems, Mainframe, Database, Middleware and Production Support) to achieve the results; - Facilitate the needs among Financial and Controlling and also with HR. Being the Head of the Global Delivery Unit SAP Services at Region Americas and Africa, for the Brazil Business Unit, my target is to rollout the local delivery of SAP among the global T-Systems community.

Responsible for the Web Architecture team working on a cross-functional structure acting on the overall "Projects Area - Superintendência de Projetos". The team main reponsibilities were the web base application architecture (J2EE and .Net) and also the J2EE and SOA Based infrastructutres.

Web Middleware consultant responsible for the administration of US and Canada customers Web Environments. Those environments were built on WebSphere Application and Portal, Vignette, WebSeal and other Web Products.

As member of the Strategic Outsourcing team, I was a web middleware consultant responsible for the WebSphere Application Server based environment administration for brazilian customer.s
