Defined organization’s policy and business processes for logistic support and programme management, whilst delivering performance reports to Executive committees for audit purposes. Chaired and contributed to cutting-edge standardization activities within European organizations to develop best practices in project management and integrate them in OCCAR.

Implemented Life Cycle Cost (LCC) estimating and built internal capability through benchmarking best practices processes and tools worldwide. Defined Key Performance Indicator to facilitate audit for best use of LCC capability.

Led the requirements team for a global information system project worth €50M for the French Integrated Support Agency (SIMMAD) dealing with the support of all French Armed Forces’ aeronautical equipment. Ensured coherency across various stakeholders needs.

Selected among 20+ Officers to attend a 3 years intensive course in Middle East geopolitics and Arabic language and civilization, including 2 months of internship in Tunisia and Egypt.

Advised on Air Force maintenance and logistic strategy, procedures and regulations based on analysis of end users feedback and audit. Position held within the French Air Force Headquarter.

Commanded Maintenance unit (70 technicians) in Cognac Air Base. Participated in Peace Keeping Operation in former Yugoslavia (Nov 1997-Mar 1998).

Supervised aircraft support operations in Cognac Air Base.
