Über mich
I am a Product Expert currently. I am working closely with the Product Owner (PO) of a team which has multiple domains inside. I am carrying out the responsibilities of the PO for one of the domains and managing the product backlog for it. I am the primary contact for the stakeholders to collect their requirements and elicit them. I worked as a SWE for 7 years. I realized I already have the skills to influence and motivate the people I work with and I could combine that with my technical background. Then, I voluntarily took more responsibility with respect to management related tasks, after that, I was selected for my current role as Product Expert. I possess a strong understanding of the Agile Scrum framework and requirement engineering skills. I have good communication and leadership skills and I am a detail-oriented person. I have the mindset to think from different perspectives to solve problems. I am a team player that have a deep and genuine care for the well-being of others.
