Led the creation and implementation of an industry wide transformation leading to continuous improvements in customer experience and deployed a project for check-in automation delivering USD 450M of annual savings for airlines; global policy and standard for pro-active passenger notifications and led a global industry working group to re-engineer the airport departure flow, delivering increased passenger throughput and reduced infrastructure costs.

Led the Finance Department of British Airways in Bulgaria with responsibility for the Commercial and Airport Operations units. Managed an annual budget of GBP 3.6 M. Improved the financial, taxation, accounting policies by deploying new processes and technology. Implemented a cost effective trade remuneration scheme for travel agents that delivered savings of over GBP 500 K per annum.

Led the Treasury operations department with two direct reports. Implemented cash management, liquidity investment and foreign exchange strategy and procedures for over USD 10 M of weekly cash flow. Implemented bank transfer payment of the monthly salary for 2500 staff working in the industrial plant. Managed credit lines with 5 international banks. Introduced escrow account controls and policies for an environmental programme worth USD 25 M.

Established the Training Department of McDonald´s in Bulgaria. Developed the management training programme for Restaurant Management consisting of 12 training courses, workshops and hands-on seminars. Trained and developed over 50 staff members
