I am responsible for managing allocated suppliers, support sales campaigns and projects, for contracting and operations, for Component support. • Wide and diverse range of products and services (equipment spares and maintenance) and associated suppliers (~10): MROs, OEMs, brokers. • All types of Airbus a/c: all programs • Turnover per supplier: from 1 to 50 MUSD

Responsible for managing the end to end sourcing process and the implementation category strategy in relation to MRO goods and services. The role includes working with stakeholders (inside and outside of Group Procurement) to standardise/simplify specifications, define a sourcing strategy, analyse RFP output, negotiate commercial terms and contract agreement drafting. The role covers key objectives being savings, cash improvement and ensuring contractual coverage.

- Monitoring that all specified activities within the M.A.711 subcontract are being delivered. - Monitor all CAMO subcontracted activities are being performed in accordance with the approved procedures. - Undertake specific activity and projects to support the development of M.A.711 activity within the IMS. - Cause identification and risk analysis of non-compliances to facilitate prioritisation and identify to stakeholders opportunities for further improvement actions at the process level.

Reporting to the Director of Transformation and Strategy, I lead three high level, strategic, international projects with a duration of 6 months each between the 4 main Thomas Cook Group Airlines bases: Manchester, Frankfurt, Copenhagen and Brussels. The projects were: -Interoperability airline's Flight Operations and Group Maintenance Organisation -Improvement of ancillaries revenue reporting -High value Customers Segmentation NPS improvement for Condor Customer Insights & CRM department in Frankfurt

I was accountant of CM activities regarding: - Conduction of Preliminary Change Board and General Configuration Commitee meetings on Derivatives and Airbus Programmes. - Action Follow up comming from meetings. - Member of regular lean panel. - Responsible for KPI’s definition, process, tracking and generation every month - In charge of Green Aircraft service bulletin data base and implementation
