Lead agile teams to develop new capabilities based on global product team definitions to serve country based branches targeting market needs. • Serve as point of contact for country based branches as service delivery , e. g. new versions, training, global processes, involve required teams/areas. • Assign, organize and facilitate work items to teams. Reinforce agile methodology, quality and timelines. • Enroll new members with different roles and skills.

• Design integration solutions for country based branches using global in house developed products. • Be point of contact for technical related facilitation involving a variety of global teams in different locations. Report on projects state, risks, milestones, and others. • Optimize new versions delivery, product enablement process for clients, SLAs adherence, company compliance. • Train country based teams (technical and non-technical). • Enroll new members with different roles and skills.

• Lead agile team developing RESTful services for global products to be used based in configurations according to clients, markets and countries. • Keep constant communication and feedback with upper management and product team regarding software being developed and future features. • Team development and management, in terms of alignment, methodologies, career path, feedback, team spirit, and others. • Ensure on time quality code delivery.
