We work with companies of all sizes across a number of industries, including finance, media, telecom, pharma and FMCG. We are strong advocates of the thoughts first articulated ten years ago in the ʻCluetrain Manifestoʼ and we deeply believe that *markets are conversations*. We are a visual company: we like to use photography, film, the web and social media in our research designs.

I moderated over one hundred focus groups, conducted hundreds of in-depth interviews, developed screener-questionnaires and discussion guides, wrote reports and gave presentations to clients.
