As the AI and Computer Vision Lead at ID Vision, I built and led a team responsible for developing cutting-edge technology solutions for sports analysis. My responsibilities included team leadership, product roadmap development, architecture establishment, Scrum methodology implementation, partnership negotiation, and leading the development of a new positional data calculation system for football players using camera recordings.

I implement multiple analytical techniques to maximize efforts for all system engineering activities across APTIV regarding to Behavior and Motion Planning. I organize multiple activities across APTIV including Behavior and Motion Planning, and unifying algorithms, test, functional safety and advanced development by leveraging analytical prowess. I conduct coaching sessions and internal lectures on state of the art topics for 50 engineers to achieve optimal level of competency for autonomous driving and AI.

In this capacity, I assessed the business situation and introduced comprehensive concepts for autonomous driving L4 on highways. I blended management and analytical abilities to optimize available sensors, computing platforms, software, functional safety, cyber security, and legal constraints by spearheading 25 engineers divided in 7 sub projects, while delivering progressive recommendations to achieve specific project objectives within tight deadlines.
