• Module level responsibility for complete E-Axle. • Involved in every engineering aspect of EV powertrain development from initial layout sketches, concept, detailing phase, proto development, tooling and production. • Responsible for Inverter Housing, Motor Housing, Gear box Housing design modification • E-machine integration-cooling, lubrication, packaging design. • Conducting creepage and clearance analysis, Stack up Tolerance study, cooling volume calculation, Collision check, DFMEA, etc.

• Hold the complete Design ownership of the Vehicle front exterior plastic parts like Front grille, Bumper cover and Corner panel from the styling to Start of Production (SOP). • Shape the part from the styling(A Surface) with controlled Draft, Undercut, Parting line, slider control and Posture the mounting features as per 3-2-1 Rule with Dog houses, Locators, Clips, Snap fits. • Effectively used DFMEA to rectify the critical causes of failure and countermeasures given to the counterparts.

• Creating closed volume from the input like styling (A-surface) and Master sections. • Maintaining the specific folder system and quality check according to OEM standards for better data management. • Making proposals for issues caused by Tolerance, Mounting feasibility, Regulation and defects in plastic fabrication. • Design the step as per sheet metal design standards consistent with Regulation R52.5.7.7 from the supplier data. • Design sheet metal brackets and cover to hold the Fuel tank assembly
