Jayasurya Anandan

I am a Mechanical Engineer who is experienced in the Design and development of mechanical devices, machines, components, and products. During my tenure, I have been working in Bajaj Auto Ltd.(since July 2021) and am currently designated as an Assistant Manager (TE-PDC), wherein I am implementing a design process for renovations and modifications in the existing products of several clients. Troubleshooting and repairing progressive / line dies and assembly processes in a high-volume production environment. Throughout my career, I have gathered remarkable experience in all phases of Project Management; including designing and scheduling. Furthermore, I possess in-depth knowledge of jigs & fixtures, GD&T, Siemens NX, and Engineering Design, and well versed in CNC, Milling Machine, and Drill Press operations. Academically, I am backed by a Masters in Tool Engineering (NTTF, Bangalore) and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Anna University, India)
