Actively involvement in Development of Proto type of direct drive generator for wind turbine 2.5mw. Manufacturing of stator core, stator coil, stator winding & special impregnation system. This is carried out in Germany. ( 18.08.2009 to 10.11.2009)

• Complete production planning related activities (Production related material Updating , shift schedules arrangements) to meet production targets. . Stator and Rotor Winding like making of coil and bars , insulation of the coil,bars with automatic machine and also manually , coil insertion , brazing of the copper condutors , cable fixing and Vacuum impregnation of the 2.1 mw generator.

• Handling the Insulation material (F-mica tape, Inner corona tape Outer corona tape, Red cover tape, Nomex tape, release film tape, Resin glass tape. • Manufacturing the Stator Winding coils, Stator Bar for Hydro / turbo generators with Robelling methods, Coil for cylindrical rotor for four pole machine training.
