As a senior software engineer, I maintained a whole Magicinfo Player Project. I developed an internal/external embedded script interface for content handling with external sensor data. (eg. touch, camera, distance senor) I Implemented a remote management protocol for Samsung tv and monitor on android digital signage player. I developed playable elements for MagicInfo Player. Web browser element, Message Element, External data server element.

I developed the major functionality of a digital signage player base on windows. It is a commercial media player and content management system for 24/7 environment and enterprise clients. I Developed Contents uploader/downloader, Contents play scheduler, Content play statistics, audience measurement system by gender and age, SOAP client to communicate with the server, System updater, etc.

I Built and deployed Windows Embedded OS images for Samsung set-top box. Windows XP Embedded, Windows Embedded Standard 2009, Windows Embedded Standard 7 Samsung Recovery: I developed a Windows Embedded OS backup/recovery application for Samsung set-top box. DASH: Remote system access application for Samsung set-top box. I Developed a remote access application like VNC that could access from the BIOS level and OS level.

As a Research Engineer, I developed two challenging and advanced projects. I Developed a multi-core optimized algorithm for printing description language engine. Re-constructing printing algorithm with OpenMP and these features can increase performance up to 300%(using the quad-core system) Also, I Developed a prototype desktop memo application supports device seamless and multi-touch (C#, WPF)

As an internship software engineer, I developed multiple personal interesting projects. Developed 4-legs robot for home security (C, C++, Java, Web, Linux) Developed Armv7 emulator running on x86 windows platform for software testing (C, C++) Developed a network intrusion detection system and a network intrusion prevention system for Windows (C, C++, WDM, NDIS)
