(Granted: IRR 500,000,000) * Researched on the manufacturing of a high-temperature lube pumps (Granted: IRR 150,000,000). * Responsible for design & development for manufacturing and new product introduction.

Project Title: Research on design and fabrication of an intelligent artificial tree (Granted: IRR 150,000,000) * Study on all factors affecting on air pollution in urban environments. * Constructed air purification plant with a solar sheet function and several air filters and the air pollution measurement device that correlated with the cellphones to show data. * Achieved the high carbon dioxide absorption for air purification and a suitable method to change CO2 to O2.

Experimental investigation of the temperature effects on the mechanical properties and microstructure of an aluminum A356 gear using thixoforging process (Granted: IRR 200,000,000) * Study on the parameters of the thixoforging process * Investigated on the microstructural and mechanical properties and used finite element simulation based on ABAQUS and SUPERFORGE software * Calculated the pressure-punch stroke profile for manufacturing of a complex part in Isfahan refinery

* Analyzed test results and design engineering services for both operational and new construction. * Manufacture engineer to control the production of parts and equipment related to the steel mills industrials.

* Granted IRR 350,000,000 from SAIPA group (http://www.saipacorp.com/en) to design and manufacture of a deep drawing forming die of the car door (Kia Pride model 1990). * Manager at the division of products QC. * Drawing of the chassis parts for the automobiles of Kia Pride model 1990 and Toyota model 1985 by MECHANICAL DESKTOP and CATIA Softwares.
