- Defined and developed use cases to build a proof of concept for annotating and classifying customer related files (including Presentations, Videos, contracts) - Developed and improved a kit robot with AI features provided by IBM Watson services in using flow-based development tool NodeRed and node.js for creating a chatbot with specific capability to find available meeting rooms via simple conversation

- Participated in application maintenance. - Implemented different services for a web application based on .NET framework in order to generate dynamic data reports according to users’ demands, which involves tables, graphs and mathematical statistics. - Created tools in Python and Perl for packaging and loading different kinds of testing data stocked in form of XML files.
