Leads and manages the customer service division with the responsibilities of, but not limited to: • Setting up customer service/service center/after sales business unit in Indonesia starting from preparing the organizational structure (i.e. call center, repair center, spare part management), recruitment of staffs, managing training development and career plan for staffs up until preparing I/T infrastructure i.e. SAP system for both internal and external usage.

Lead and managed technical functions for BSH’s CSR project in Indonesia – Protos Plant Oil Stove with the responsibilities of, but not limited to: • Ensuring good quality of deliverables for customer satisfaction through product quality control management from end to end starting from interlocking with manufacturing division for production and quality control, product testing, maintaining production stock, logistic up until Warehousing.

Responsibilities: • Conducting quality product test in related with product development. • Managing and monitoring field technicians in a regular basis. • Ensuring products and spare parts’ distribution to targeted locations including managing shipment for domestic and international demands which included logistic documentation and corresponding with multiple related parties both in local and international.

• Lecturer in the field of software engineering and web engineering as well as usability of website. The responsibility included preparing material, teaching up until student evaluation. • Researcher in product usability project • Focal point for Erfurt university collaboration program with several universities in Indonesia. The activity included joined research program, student exchange program, and preparation class for German students who enrolled in student exchange program.
