Providing assistance to customers via a telephone helpdesk in German and French. Upselling to customers who contacted customer service. Ensuring the computer system was updated with all bookings and any special requests from customers. Dealing with issues that arose for customers that were not handled satisfactorily by agents. Liaising with the rental companies on behalf of customers. Assisted with the development of the company catalogue including proof-reading and checking of prices published.

Conducted telephone interviews on behalf of the Swiss Federal Statistical Office. Following a clearly outlined script in order to gain the highest quality information. Communicated in a very clear & concise manner. Processed calls in an efficient and friendly way.
