➢ Secure all demand on global level in IKEA business ➢ Working together with new product development team and responsible for global forecast ➢ financial yearly global sales forecast ➢ Responsible to secure the execution of the alignment of the sales forecast vs. sales frames. ➢ Leading yearly sales planning within the business area, working together with commercial team ➢ Coordinator commercial activities with country commercial act. ➢ Secure availability in all IKEA stores in EU at the lowest cost ➢ Communication channel between retail, trading and global planning organization (head office of IKEA), secure a smooth phase-in and phase-out process for specified Business Area ➢ Provide appropriate supply information to our partners (Stores, Distribution Operations and Retail Logistics) ➢ Work in close cooperation with all Supply Chain partners to secure product availability for our customers.
