- search for and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers - craft purchase order and inventory reports for management - solve supply chain problems - work within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned order develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders - order products and authorize payments - manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries - ensure the accuracy of purchase orders - research possible item selections

- determining the required materials and generating purchase orders - ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient - ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production - coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc. - tracking production volume, monitoring customer demand patterns, and purchasing trends - scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products

- create/modify/acknowledge PO and Scheduling agreements in SAP expediting PO deliveries according to contractual requirements for strategic suppliers - unblock, release and solve parked invoices related issues - run complex reports and perform data analysis - manage non-standard requests - develop understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain business practices tools - share working knowledge on processes and ensure effective communication and customer focused behavior

- support the Procurement organisation for administrative tasks during the complete supply chain - manage the request and order process in our ERP system (SAP) in line with the Global Procurement Processes, which include purchase order (PO) placement, supplier payment and documentation - create purchase orders and resolve administrative issues related to purchase orders - create monthly reports - develop working knowledge of processes and tools, alongside best practices in Procurement
