Responsible for operation and continuous improvement of Oracle JD Edwards ERP in Phoenix.

Main responsibility is related to continuous improvement of the processes and procedures in the field of incident creation and incident management. I lead a team of 10 consultants who analyze how SD agents and engineers use the tool, write RfC’s, do risk assessment prior CAB and improve & deliver training and support documentation when RfC is approved. Most of the activities are related to Service Design, Service Transition and CSI part of the ITIL framework.

Responsible for Service Desk and second line support for desktop and printing services. Lead team of more than 30 people and serve as a SPOC for the first line in escalation procedure for the customer NIS Gazprom Neft. I have also acted as a Service Level Manager for 5 others customer in Serbia with whom Atos has outsourcing contracts. Most of the activities were related to Service Transition, Service Operation and CSI phase of ITIL lifecycle.

Responsible for procurement of IT assets in 16 European countries in 2 region (CEE and N&SWE business units) after merge Atos Origin and Siemens IT Solutions. Controlling spend, support big project negotiation with suppliers, participate in regional and global investment committee and control and report savings for the purchasing in the IT segment.

Lead team of 6 network and communications engineers and coordinating activities and making plans for development and sharing resources in 7 CEE countries (20 engineers in scope). Biggest achievement was gaining Cisco Silver Partnership status locally in Serbia and optimizing use of engineers according to the current needs – projects in specific countries.

Responsible for designing and implementing computer network and security solutions for various customers.
