As a team lead, my responsibles were: - Do all activities of a developer plus: - Develop and maintain the development plan for team - Tracking work progress - Support and Couching team members - Define source code structure, transfer to the team - Review source code of the team members

As a developer, my responsibles were: - To study the requirement - To develop the detail design document - To implement (coding and Unit Testing) - To do code review (peer review) - To support other team member to resolve technical issues, troubleshooting and solving problems - To support UAT
