Valentina Baltoi

I am responsible for 41 international communities in Western Europe, where I support approximately 700 volunteers who are creating monthly events for our expatriates members. I ensure the development of the communities by identifying growth opportunities, driving the directions of the proposed events and, mitigating possible risks. Since I first started, I have successfully managed to reach all KPIs related to my portfolio.

In the first 3 months of work, I was in charge of coordinating, developing, and mentoring 150 volunteers who organised charity events for expats. During the months I was responsible for the charity events, the Changemakers Department reached the best KPIs performances since its activation.

I was the team leader of the group in charge of the decorations and themes for the events. I created the arrangements and organized the place in order to provide easy access to exits and facilities

I worked on a team at a travel agency creating touristic routes both within and outside of Romania. I designed experiences for heterogeneous clients fulfilling their expectations by creating personalized holidays.
