Über mich
I hold a doctoral degree in AI/Machine Learning and am working as a Senior-Researcher in DFKI (German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence). My PhD was focused on Language Generation methods with Deep Learning (esp. Automatic Image Captioning). During my Academic tenure, I have authored/co-authored papers at several research conferences (including ACM-MM, ACM-ICMR). I also have worked as a software engineer for 7 years in the industry at IBM and Novell. I am passionate about Deep Learning and in my current role as a Senior-Researcher, am focused on application of AI into multiple domains.
