Act as First Point of Contact for all pre-production issues and communication bridge between Production and Engineering design teams Implement engineering changes resulting from NPI phase, consulting design authority and all other required stakeholders Identifying Technical Change (ECNs/ECRs), Troubleshooting/investigating issues and managing change through to resolution

Ensure the team meets their daily targets in term of HSE, Quality, Delivery and Performance. Ensure the manufacturing plan is complete on time. Ensure all parts/components are available for the job. Hold the daily shift Team Briefing.

Supervise over 130 employees with full responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of personnel Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources. Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilisation

Responsible for electronics production lines processes(laser marking, paste printing, paste inspection, SMT, reflow soldering, AOI, Action Pin, THT, ICT, panel milling, coating) Create manufacturing processes, and conduct defect and failure analysis, engineering evaluations, statistical analysis and implement corrective actions to support process improvement efforts and ensure root-cause analysis into process improvements when appropriate

Manage the shift and all direct staff Ensure the smooth running of the production process Ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications
