- Creating milestones and release planning together with Directors to ensure overall game vision. - Working with Engineering Director to establish development and release strategy (metrics, automated testing, QA pipeline, build & deployment process ...).

- Working closely with Head of Studio to setup the studio structure. - Responsible for sprint and milestone planning to match short and longterm goals . - Responsible for establishing workflows and pipelines to support high quality game production

- Building up asset production pipelines and workflows for the art department to support multiple projects and service departments within GGS. - Interaction with peers or managers of other teams and projects. - Creating schedules and managing resources of the art department to ensure intime and inbudget delivery of the art assets . - Working with Head of Art on strategic decisions to ensure that longterm company goals can be achieved

- Building up asset production pipelines and workflows for the art department. - Managing resources and schedules of the art department . - Providing feedback in reviews and providing guidance for Artists. - Interaction with peers or managers of other units/teams/projects and/or vendors. - Planning the asset production for multiple projects. - Responsible of the asset tasks and asset tracking for in time delivery. - Maintaining the Perforce asset repository

- Building up the process, procedures and documentations for the asset development. - Assisting the development manager and art director in all aspects of their responsibilities. - Building up personal relationships with the art team . - Creating project status reports about the progress of task and asset production.

- Building up the Outsourcing pipeline and structures. - Developing and accomplishing Outsourcing tests for various Outsourcing partners. - Developing and administering the asset tracking. - Assisting the Art Director and Project Manager in asset task development

Developing of outsourcing pipelines, outsourcing management, Creating style guides, creative briefs and visual targets, Providing feedback in reviews and providing guidance for Artists, Traveling, engaging foreign cultures and peoples.
