Led the systems biology study of smoking with integration of large scale data from different -omics. Participated in multi-center collaborative project of a Mandelian randomization study of smoking effects on metabolite profile. Systems administrator of four servers in the department. Set up computation platform for Map-Reduce jobs. Maintained a database in a distributed data warehouse.
